I saw footage of the last lap or so of one of these recently. The team in front at the handover went woman-woman (so obviously man-man before that). But that final runner was overtaken by a lot of men.
Thus my guess is man?-woman?-woman-man (going with the man first for the out-of-the-blocks acceleration)
