I feel I will get the QI claxon noise for this, but let’s get the obvious out of the way:
voting results in the 2020 election, but with the colours flipped (so red is Democrat and blue GOP).

But the colours weren’t chosen at random.
The pink counties have a majority of females and the blue a majority of males?
That’s it. Rural counties in the west (and Alaska) seem to be most heavily male oriented.
