Because it was founded by two Englishmen.
Yes it was.
Because the club was founded by English expats Herbert Kilpin and Alfred Edwards as the Milan Cricket and Football Club.
I don’t think they play cricket anymore, but that’s correct.
Apparently the fascists forced them to change it in WWII but afterwards they changed it back to the original name.
