I’ll take a stab in the dark:
Would it be Kentucky Fried Chicken?
(My logic being that “P” would stand for “Poulet”, which is “chicken” in French.)
Poulet is chicken in French. Frit is fried, and Kentucky is Kentucky.
Interestingly, it is still KFC in France. But in Quebec they prefer not to us Frenchified English, and call it PFK.
