My guess is 3; Australia, England and South Africa (Not sure about New Zealand). India was not considered a major power and Pakistan didn’t exist until after he retired.
He scored in Australia, and in England.
He scored against South Africa and the West Indies and India, but he scored those at home. So he only ever scored in two countries.
