If you fell into a vat of molten steel like at the end of Terminator 2, you would die.
But would you sink?

I suspect you might sputter around on the surface like a water droplet on a hot frying pan. After that you would float, the things your body are made of are less dense than metal. Metal parts like hip replacements and fillings will eventually turn into some impurities/alloys in the molten metal.
That’s just my guess though!
Sputtering around might be a good description. But you WOULDN’T sink.
Molten steel is about 8 times denser than water. So everyone would get to see you burn to death. The good news is that wouldn’t take long.
