I originally thought Barmaid, lawyer or teacher but decided she dressed more like a teacher so went with that before I checked further. The 121 dB is not very precise as they don’t list the scale (dBA is the most common when discussing the human ear, so that is probably it) or the distance away from her mouth which is normally taken as 1.0 metre for sound pressure (versus sound power).
121 dBA is about the same as being beside a jet engine Rock concerts are about 100 dBA and most industrial situations have an 8 hour limit of 85 dBA (all pressure at 1 metre).
Yes we anticipated a bit of stereotyping on her occupation.
