1. It depends on whether you count imported workers, refugees and undocumented or not as population. If you look at the total number of people in the country it is probably the United Arab Emirates who have many imported workers who are not citizens. If you look at citizens and legal permanent immigrants it could be Australia.

   1. We’re talking about the percent of the people living in the country compared to the total population.

      And as it happens, it’s neither of those.

2. The United States

   1. The US has a lot in total, but it doesn’t lead in percentage terms.

3. Qatar

   1. Not Qatar. Not even with all the migrant workers.

4. Do you count the Vatican/Holy See? If so probably that

   1. We certainly do, and that’s it.

      100% of the population of the Vatican was born outside of the Vatican.
