Is this the back of the Italian flag?
It is.
It is the back to front Italian flag. It is also the back to front Mexican flag, if you remove the Mecican emblem. I am not sure there is a flag with red, white and green, in that order.
It’s also the Mexican flag backwards with the emblem removed.
