Was it her Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second?
I know she opened the 2012, but I’m thinking 1796 Montreal?
It is Queen Elizabeth, she did open the 2012 Olympics.
She’s not quite old enough to have been around for the 1796 Olympics (which didn’t happen in Montreal or anywhere else for that matter.)
But she did open the 1976 Olympics in Montreal.
