My guess is 2.
One interesting and true fact about the first one, built by GM and with Garrett electronics is that when they first tried to operate it, the system wouldn’t work. The electrical engineer who designed the system (Bill Beck as I recall) told me that he wanted the operators to turn everything off, then on again, but since everything would be on international TV he thought that would sound pretty lame, and told them to “Cycle the Power” and it worked.
