These days there is only one “home” in space and all the previous ones would have been smaller. The picture seems to show an ISS crew change with 6 and 4. A 6 and 6 change would make it 12 at one time.
That’s close. And an excellent rationale.
And it’s off by one.
I am sure that photo must be a red herring.
So I will say 12.

Yes the photo wasn’t necessarily taken at a peak of space population.
It was 13. So that was a pretty good guess.
And the revamp was necessitated by a couple of changes to our hosting setup, but the new look is a nice bonus.
