I recall that the Voyager probe was before the Space Shuttle, so It would be the Space shuttle blast off that wasn’t on the probe. I think the other ones were meant to describe us for any aliens, although they were all pretty cryptic.
Yes the first Space Shuttle launch was four years after Voyager was sent.
