From my readings of the Bard, I would say sword/knife/dagger as #1 (men; Polonius, Caesar etc.) with poison #2 (women).
It’s stabbings. By quite a wide margin. Statistics vary depending on interpretations, but all of them have stabbings in front by quite a bit.
