    Person holding the nail is Mel Gibson.
    (Although would have been better if it was MC Hammer)

    1. Yes, MC Hammer would have been cool, but it also would have been rather incongruous.

    And one suspects that driving the nails home is something that Mel Gibson would have reserved for himself.

    1. He specifically chose to make his cameo role, because, as he put it, “I put him there.”
