That’s on the side of Officier Barbrady’s Police car in “South Park”
It is. And it’s very apt.
I believe this is the motto of the Park County police force, a fictional police force from the likewise fictional Town of South Park in the real life South Park basin, Rocky Mountains, Central Colorado, United States.
