You probably saw the “origin of your name” app that was floating around on Facebook recently.  Apparently a lot of your friends have names that mean “valiant warrior” or “sensual goddess” or something similar.

It was completely bogus of course, but that didn’t stop legions of people from posting their results, reveling in how awesome their name was.

So this week at iQ Trivia we are going down the same road, and asking you to come up with similarly awesome yet inaccurate name origins.

If your team name is a bogus name origin, you will get a bonus point.

You can use your name, the name of a celebrity, and you can use a first or last name.  As long as it’s a fake name origin story, you will get a point.
