Music Bingo Central Coast.  It’s happening.

With our new music bingo at the Bavarian in Tuggerah starting Thursdays at 7pm on 16 November, we’re expanding what we offer.

If you’ve played iQ Trivia before, you know that our audio questions often involve more than just naming songs & bands. When we found someone using Shazam to get the answers to the music questions, we changed things up a bit.

Our music questions are a bit different. And our music bingo is also going to be a little different.

You’re still going to be trying to tick off songs on your bingo card, but you can’t just sit back and listen. You’re going to have to pay attention.

Sometimes we will be playing songs backwards. Sometimes we will be playing just the bass line. Sometimes we will be playing a mashup (in which case you can tick off both songs that are being played). Sometimes we will play a pop song in the style of heavy metal, or a rock song in the style of jazz, or a rap song on a harp. Or we might just reverse just the title of the song, and you’ll have to sing along to figure it out. (To be honest, we encourage singing along.)

With more than a few curveballs being thrown at you, you might want to bring along some friends so you can collaborate and increase your chances of winning.

Yes, it’s going to be the least passive music bingo you’ve ever been to.

The Bavarian Tuggerah will be providing a bunch of prizes to compete for, and we’ve got all the details you need for Thursday’s music bingo and Monday’s trivia on our Facebook page.

Central Coast Trivia – Tuggerah Trivia – Monday at 7pm

Central Coast trivia is on every Monday in Tuggerah at the Bavarian in the Westfield shopping centre.

It’s the best way to spend a Monday evening and it kicks off every week at 7pm.

We take trivia pretty seriously, and they take beer pretty seriously.  Combine that with great food from the bistro and prizes to compete for, and you’ve got a recipe for an ideal Monday night out.

So every Monday pop over to the Bavarian and assemble a team of friends for the most interesting trivia on the Central Coast.  It’s bound to be a great night out if you are into beer and trivia. (And if you’re not, we have no idea why you are still reading.)

And they’ve got happy hour prices from 4 to 6 so get down early for cheap drinks.

If you’re the kind of person who has memorised every Melbourne Cup winner, congratulations. But to be honest, that probably won’t help you. This isn’t an exam. Rather than just spitting out facts, you’ll probably have have to do some lateral thinking. We will ask questions that you won’t see coming. We will ask questions you probably won’t know off the top of your head, but will enjoy arguing about with your friends. The IQ in iQ Trivia stands for interesting questions, and that is what we will provide.
